Love love love this ramen. Had some yesterday with a sliced mushroom (cooked with the noodles) and then some baby spinach stirred in. It was a great lunch with a salad on the side. Super good.
Delicious flavor and these noodles are so good! I like adding shredded rotisserie chicken and radish kimchi. I prefer the ease of the cup version, but either way it’s good.
The Savory Miso and Pork are our favorites so far. Add a poached egg, some mushrooms and other veggies--that will turn the soup into a special meal.
